10th Pass From a Recognized Board OR ITI Pass.
Desirable : Knowledge of Hindi And Urdu - Lower Division Clerk (LDC) :
I. A Bachelor’s Degree From any Recognized Institute/University
II. English Typing @ 35 wpm
III. Proficiency in computer Operations
